Summary
Amends the
Public Works Committee Act 1969
to: amend the definition of a “public work”; increase the threshold value at which projects must be referred to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works and provide for the threshold value to be varied by regulation; and make technical amendments to update and replace certain references.
